Dan Norman began serving as Youth Pastor at FBC in August of 2008.  He and his wife Rachel have been married for 7 years, and they have just dove into a new chapter of their love.  Chara Beth Norman was born on Sept 12, 2009, and they are daily discovering the joys and challenges of parenting.   
 

Dan graduated from Judson College in Elgin, IL with a degree in Youth Ministry - Adolescent Studies in 1998.  Since that time he has held positions in many different areas of the Youth Ministry field, everything from Day Camp Director to Truancy Case Manager.  He is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Youth Ministry Leadership from Huntington University in Indiana. 

Dan describes himself as a "Jack-of-all trades, but master of none”.  He enjoys playing many sports including basketball, soccer, biking and most recently Frisbee golf.  He also enjoys developing his growing music skills, especially with the guitar and drums.  Dan and Rachel like to enjoy the outdoors together. They go camping, hiking, biking, fishing, and canoeing.  Since being here in WI Dan has also taken up hunting.  He enjoys woodworking, painting, drawing, and reading, but the one thing He is most passionate about is living this life with the love and direction of the King of the universe, our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ.  That is what makes life so good.
